Artists have an active role in society. By making and presenting work we should be able to also reach those viewers who do not share a previous knowledge or frame of references mandatory to understand it. Art should be seen by many kinds of people, and by this I don’t mean that artists should create something easy and straightforward –for those who do not take time to understand it – but something genuine that can also be read by everyone.
